About us
Petra Consulting combines strategic advisory with direct investment experience. We specialise in the development and management of energy projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy.
We work with companies, investors and project owners on assignments that require clear analysis, disciplined execution and a practical understanding of value creation. Our involvement can span the entire project lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and early-stage development through transaction support and implementation to operational management. Alongside our advisory work, we invest in and develop renewable energy projects ourselves. This gives us an owner's perspective on capital allocation, project risk and long-term performance, and allows us to approach advisory assignments with a practical understanding of the challenges faced by investors and developers.

Featured investment
Cyprus
Petra Consulting is the majority shareholder in a renewable energy project currently under development in Cyprus and plays an active role in its delivery.
The project involves the development of an organic waste processing and biogas facility in Cyprus, designed to utilise locally generated organic waste including municipal organic waste, poultry manure and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) sludge.
Through anaerobic digestion, the collected organic material will be converted into biogas and subsequently utilised for the generation of electrical energy.
